SECTION 3E	Creates & explains CCR
SECTION 3F	Limits CORI sent to most accessors to convictions and cases pending; and requires applicant-gatekeeper due process
SECTION 27G	Persons who serve 2/3 of max of drug sentence eligible for probation & therefore rehab services behind bars
SECTION 38G	Expands & amends Anti-Discrim Law, especially so that gatekeepers cannot reject person just for having a CORI
